I used Wii Fit Plus for an hour a day doing the yoga and strength training for 40 minute and 20 minutes of the aerobics. When I had the time late afternoon / evening I added EA Sports Active for 15 or 20 minutes.
I read The Eat Clean Diet and sort of incorporated that into my eating, cutting sodium, additives and watching portions. I went from a size 12 jeans on April 25th to a size 4 by September 3rd, my 51st B-Day.
